One Response to “Board of Selectman’s meeting May 6th”

  1. Lee Says:

Regarding the Executive Session request – the selectmen are citing the incorrect M.G.L. chapter – according to the Mass.gov website – M.G.L. Chapter 39, §23B (3) was repealed and replaced by Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25 (Effective July 1, 2010). Shouldn’t this be what is on the agenda instead?
