Update on Lynnfield Memorial Day Observance plans

Due to the forecast of rain, the South Lynnfield portion of the Memorial Day parade, which was scheduled to kick off at 8:30 a.m., has been canceled.

A decision on the Lynnfield Center portion of the parade, scheduled for 10:00 a.m., will be made tomorrow (Monday) morning. If the center portion of the parade is canceled, the observance usually held on the common at the end of the parade at 11:00 a.m. will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Lynnfield Middle School auditorium.
